1. Digital Products & Instant Access

Reset Room provides digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Once access is granted, the content is considered delivered in full.

Because of the intangible and irreversible nature of digital content, all purchases are final once accessed or downloaded, except as expressly stated in this policy.


2. No Refunds on Sale or Discounted Purchases

All products purchased during:

  • Sales

  • Promotions

  • Bundles

  • Discounted pricing

  • Special offers

are final sale and not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

This applies regardless of usage, perceived results, or change of mind.


3. Standard-Price Purchases (Limited Consideration)

For products purchased at full standard price, we do not offer automatic refunds.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, where:

  • A verified technical issue prevented access to the product, and

  • Our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Requests based on personal outcomes, expectations, emotional results, or lack of use do not qualify for a refund.


4. Support Promise (Primary Resolution Method)

Our primary commitment is support, not refunds.

If you experience:

  • Access issues

  • File errors

  • Incomplete downloads

  • Technical problems

you must contact our support team before any refund consideration.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you can properly access and use your purchase.

Failure to contact support prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback may void any eligibility for consideration.


5. Alternative Resolution (Credit Option)

In rare cases where a concern remains unresolved after support assistance, Reset Room may, at its discretion, offer:

  • A one-time store credit toward another Reset Room product

Credits:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Have no cash value

  • May not be combined with additional discounts

Credits are offered as a goodwill gesture and do not constitute an admission of fault or liability.


6. No Outcome-Based Refunds

Reset Room tools are designed to provide guidance and support, not guaranteed outcomes.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Lack of perceived results

  • Emotional outcomes

  • Personal expectations

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to complete or engage with the material

Individual results vary and depend on personal circumstances and usage.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Loss of access to purchased content

  • Disqualification from future purchases

We actively contest chargebacks where digital access has been provided.


8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
By purchasing from Reset Room, you agree to this Refund & Support Policy in full.
